These terms of use apply to the use of FoodTips. FoodTips can freely change the terms of use, purchase and privacy. We are committed to taking good care of the information about you. Here you can read about what data we collect and how it is used.
Personal information
Personal information is information that can be linked directly to you as a person, for example name and e-mail address. We do not store any personal data in the cloud. All data necessary for the app to function is stored only in the user’s phone or web browser.
Data controller and data processor
COSAC AS, organization number 920327834 and address Lindebergåsen 18A, 1068 Oslo, is responsible for processing the data collected. Foodtips will be able to use data processors to assist in delivering services to you.
Consent
When you use the FoodTips app, you agree that you accept our privacy policy.
Your data and its use
Data sent to the application server (for example, recently used recipes) is used only for the applications to function and data is not saved.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing of the personal data is FoodTip’s legitimate interest in being able to administer the service to you (GDPR article 6 no. 1, letter f). We do not collect personal information that is not relevant and necessary to deliver FoodTips to you as a customer. We never sell your personal data to other companies. As of today, data is stored only on a person’s own phone or browser.
Terms of use
FoodTips is a digital online service that helps you spend less time on food planning, save more money and waste less food. The FoodTips app is free to download and free to use.
